Passing under the English Channel in less than 20 minutes. We purchased “Standard Premier” class seats which offered us two, opposing seats with a table between them. We were served breakfast, tea, juice and coffee at our seats on the train. We were traveling so fast that each time we entered a tunnel our ears would pop. For Europeans this is a non event, for Eric and I, a new experience. I loved the train. So much better than flying! Can’t wait to check out our penthouse apartment in Paris.
